Register Your OfficeLink App

Tips, tricks and support

If you have not already downloaded and installed the app, users with an iPhone can click here for the Apple App Store and users with an Android device can click here for the Google Play Store. You can also open the App Store or Play Store app on your phone and search for "Mitel OfficeLink."
After installing the app, you’ll need to register your information with Mitel to create a new account. Make sure your ‘Welcome to Mitel OfficeLink’ email is available in case you are asked to enter the Account ID in that email. The steps below will guide you through this process:

  1. Open the OfficeLink app and tap REGISTER.
  2. Enter your first and last name (in the Full Name field).
  3. Enter your mobile phone number and select your country (to prefix your number with the associated country code).
  4. Enter your business email address.
  5. Enter a password using at least 6 characters (and make a note so you will remember it).
  6. Select the check box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and tap NEXT.
  7. If prompted, enter the Account ID displayed in the ‘Welcome to Mitel OfficeLink’ email and select Validate.
  8. An email from no-reply@mitel.io is sent to you. Open this email on your mobile device and tap the Verify Email button. If you open this email on your computer instead of your mobile device, use the 6-digit code in the email to enter the verification code manually in the app.
    • If you don’t see this email, check your Junk or Spam folders for a recent email sent to you from no-reply@mitel.io.
  9. A text message containing an access code number is sent to you. Enter this number as the validation code in the OfficeLink app. If you don’t receive a text message with an access code, tap RE-SEND.
After installing and registering the Mitel OfficeLink app, when you log into the app, the use of certain features will generate on-screen messages asking for permission to access areas of your mobile phone. To learn more, see Permissions and Notifications.

After you’ve registered and logged into your OfficeLink app, see Tour of the Home Screen to learn more about using OfficeLink.
