Call Features

Tips, tricks and support















The blue OfficeLink call screen provides access to the following features during an active call:


mute - Prevents the other party from hearing your voice and any background noise.
dialpad - Enter a phone number using the dialpad.
speaker - Play audio using the speaker on your mobile device.
hold - Place the caller on hold.
transfer - Transfer an active call to one of your contacts or another phone number.
park - Place a call on hold and retrieve the call yourself or have a coworker pick up the call.
end call - Tap the red phone icon to end the call.
chat - Tap the chat icon in the top-right corner of the call screen (if caller's phone supports chat).
back - Tap the back arrow in the top-left corner of the call screen to navigate back to the previous screen.
You can set DND (Do Not Disturb) at any time to block calls to your OfficeLink app. For instructions, see Set Your Presence.
