Supported Devices

The Mitel MiVoice Office app is designed for use with the following devices:
  • Android phones with OS version 6.0 and later
  • iPhones with iOS version 10.0 and later

Supported Regions

CloudLink solution can be deployed in the following countries.
  • United Kingdom
  • France
  • Germany
  • Switzerland
  • Austria

Supported Languages

The following languages are supported for both the app and the online help:
  • English (North American)
  • French
  • German
By default, the display language of the app is specific to the country to which you have registered the app. You can change the default language by selecting a language of your choice in the native settings area of your mobile phone. The Mitel MiVoice Office app applies this setting to change the display language for the user interface to the selected language.

Support for Remote Workers

Remote workers using Mitel MiVoice Office app must register with a CloudLink account in one of the countries listed in the Supported Regions section in this topic. For help, see Register Your Mitel MiVoice Office App.
When remote workers place a call, they will hear the default ringtone specific to the country in which they have registered the app. For example, remote workers in Italy, who have registered their Mitel MiVoice Office app in France, will hear the ring tone specific to France.
