Forgot your MiVoice Office password? No worries, there are two ways you can reset your password on your mobile device. The via Email and via Phone sections below provide step-by-step instructions.

via Email

  1. Open the app named "Mitel Office" on your mobile phone and tap LOGIN.
  2. Tap the “forgot password” link.
  3. In the ‘Choose your reset method’ screen that opens, select via Email, enter your business email address in the next screen, and tap SEND.
  4. Open the “Forgot Password” email on your mobile device and tap Reset Password. If you open this email on your computer, use the 6-digit code in the email to enter the verification code manually in the app.
    • If you don’t see this email, check your Junk or Spam folders for a recent email sent to you from no-reply@mitel.io.
  5. In the New Password screen that appears, enter a new password and enter it again to confirm.
  6. Tap CONTINUE.

via Phone

  1. Open the app named "Mitel Office" on your mobile phone and tap LOGIN.
  2. Tap the “forgot password” link.
  3. In the ‘Choose your reset method’ screen that opens, select via Phone, enter your mobile phone number in the next screen, and tap CONTINUE.
  4. A text message containing an access code is sent to you. Enter this number where indicated in the app.
  5. In the New Password screen that appears, enter a new password and enter it again to confirm.
  6. Tap CONTINUE.
Password Requirements: When entering a new password, be sure it contains at least 6 characters.
