Upload Your Avatar

Your avatar is the icon or image that displays with your profile to help other MiVoice Office users recognize you. When you first register your app, your avatar displays your initials until you upload an avatar as explained below.

Please select the appropriate tab below to view instructions specific to your type of mobile phone


To change your avatar:
  1. Access your profile via one of the following:
    • Swipe right on the navigation bar at the bottom of the app and tap your avatar.
    • Tap the gear icon on the right side of the navigation bar and tap your name or avatar at the top of the Settings screen.
  2. Tap “Edit” at the bottom of your profile screen.
  3. Tap your avatar.
  4. Choose one of the displayed options:
    • Take a Photo (follow all on-screen prompts).
    • Choose from Library (navigate to and tap the desired photo on your mobile device).
    • Remove Photo (follow the on-screen prompts).
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To use the photo as your new avatar, tap Save at the bottom of your profile screen.
    • To leave the existing avatar in place, tap the back arrow to navigate away from your profile screen.


  1. From the header bar at the top of the app, tap the navigation menu icon , and tap your name or avatar.
  2. Tap “Edit” at the bottom of your profile screen.
  3. Tap your avatar.
  4. Choose one of the displayed options:
    • Take a Photo (follow all on-screen prompts).
    • Choose from Library (navigate to the desired photo on your mobile device).
    • Remove Photo (follow the on-screen prompts).
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To use the photo as your new avatar, tap save in the top-right corner of the screen.
    • To leave the existing avatar in place, tap the back arrow to navigate away from your profile screen.
The maximum image size is 10 MB for your avatar. Supported image types are .jpg, .png and .bmp.
