Automatic Route Selection for Connection to the CloudLink Gateway

Tips, tricks and support

Use the following instructions to set Automatic Route Selection (ARS) for connecting to the CloudLink Gateway:
  1. In the MiVoice Office PBX, navigate to the System > Numbering Plan > Facility Groups folder.
  2. In the Facility Groups folder, create Facility Group P1506 for CloudLink. If P1506 is already in use, choose an unused Facility Group.
  3. In the Dial Rules folder for the newly created Facility Group, use only the Numbers for your geographic region as indicated in the image below.

  5. Navigate to the Route Groups folder (below the Facility Groups folder), create Route Group P1001 for CloudLink, expand the folder, and select the Dial Patterns folder. Add a specific Dialing Pattern to access CloudLink. You are defining a digit string that can be dialed by the system to select the CloudLink SIP Trunks. The example below shows 766 followed by 11X’s.
